Based in Peterborough Ontario, our 40 member chorus has a repertoire with many different musical styles, including popular music, show tunes, gospel, specialty numbers and traditional barbershop music. We sing at many charity functions and for a fee at many private events, such as anniversaries, weddings, funerals, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and parties.
Our charity Harmonize For Speech provides assistance to people with vocal disorders. This is a province-wide initiative which has funded speech therapy for programs at locations such as Peterborough's Five Counties Children's Centre.
The Aces of Harmony chorus and member quartets are celebrating 40 years of musical history, and are always looking for new members to create new harmony.
However barbershop history has been around for much longer than the Aces of Harmony. If you would like to find out more about the history of barbershop music, click here.
If you would like to hear more samples of Barbershop Music, please feel free to take a look at the Barbershop Harmony Society site, which features a wide variety of songs.
