Aces of Harmony's longest serving active member of 51 years, Ken Buttery passed away in June. What a mentor Ken was, with such a good ear.  Barbershoppers from across the province gathered in Peterborough June 18th for Ken's funeral to sing "From the First Hello.." and "Irish Blessing" under the direction of former Aces director Gerard Byrne as you can see from this warm-up.  The family expressed great appreciation for everyone travelling to take part in the celebration of life, many from great distances. Ken was 83 years old, but certainly young at heart.
VP Marketing and Public Relations for the Ontario District - Barbershop Harmony Society, Michael Black: "Ken was truly a barbershop legend".
